The 120FPS mode renders the game in 1080p. Sony says that in Fidelity Mode you can play the game in 4K at 30FPS while performance mode renders the game at 1440p upscaled to 4K and gives players 60FPS. However, we finally have not only a smooth 60FPS mode on the PS5 but also a 120FPS mode for those with compatible displays.

On the PS4, players enjoyed the game in 1080p 30FPS on the base PSp checkerboarded to 4K 30FPS on the PS4 Pro. Last but not least are the graphical options. Both these instances of loading are converted into a flash of a black screen for merely a second thanks to the PS5’s SSD. Granted there are no loading screens throughout the game unless you decide to skip a cutscene. If you fired up Uncharted 4 or the Lost Legacy on the PS4, you were greeted with a loading screen that took its own sweet time to fire up the game. Every interaction feels slightly more immersive thanks to Sony’s new controller.
There is tension in the triggers when you fire a gun and when you interact with a puzzle or even drive the jeep on different terrain there is unique feedback on the controller to add to the immersion. While Astro Bot Playroom dialled things up to 11, Uncharted’s implementation of the DualSense features is more in line with what we’ve seen on Ghost of Tsushima ( review). First up we have the DualSense Controller. All of these are directly linked to the gameplay mechanics. One of the main reasons to revisit Uncharted: Legacy of Thieves Collection are the upgrades you will get for the PS5. Plenty of graphical options for PS5 gamers
